The charming pixel art and the straightforward battle system will easily hook players.

Pick your character and starter monster. Explore the retro-style 16-bit world. Collect Nuumonsters and round out your team. Exploit the six elemental types (Living, Nature, Insect, Fairy, Ghoul, and Digital) to bolster your chances of winning. Every monster can use “Burst” once per fight, which increases the damage or healing of their selected move. Be on your toes: your opponent will have access to Burst as well! Every non-Elite trainer can be rebattled and grows stronger with each challenge. 

As players rack up wins they amass “Elo”, which allows them to challenge Elite trainers throughout the world of Nuumonsters. Each town or major point of interest has an Elite. See if you can find these special trainers and show them why you are the best! Defeating these trainers grants you access to other parts of the world that you were once barred from. Did you see those big white Elo barriers throughout your travels? Perhaps it’s time to revisit some old areas!
